The National Association of Realtors said on Wednesday that pending home sales in the United States fell 4% month on month in November.
This data followed a 4.6% fall in October and was significantly worse than the market’s projection of a 0.6% increase.
Pending Home Sales fell 37.8% year on year, compared to experts’ expectations of a 36.7% drop.
