Technical Examination:

Last week, the AUD/USD exchange rate dropped by about 2%, momentarily hitting a new 2022 low of 0.6670 Since the middle of August, prices have been moving lower within a predetermined channel range.

Although a relief rally could raise the currency pair to channel support, the outlook is still bearish because it is below the 50-day Simple Moving Average and within the channel (SMA).
